Returns & Refunds

All purchases made are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges and/or refunds due to change of mind. Our product photos and videos are taken with care to represent each item as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting conditions or screen settings. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept this.

Special Circumstances for Refund

Refund requests may be considered under special circumstances and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To appeal for a return/refund, please email us at hello@crystalmojo.co. If approved, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit. We do not offer cash refunds or return funds to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you believe an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, do contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately. You are required to notify us within 3 days of receiving your order for an exchange to be considered.

Courier-Related Damages

All items are carefully packed and secured before shipment. CrystalMojo is not liable for any damages caused during delivery. Damages caused by the courier should be taken up with the shipping company directly. Should you require any assistance in addressing a delivery issue, we will do our best to support you where possible.
