Open Box Policy
Local
- Combine your purchases across launches to save on shipping fees!
- You may keep your items with us until you decide to ship them or once you are eligible for free shipping
- Free local shipping for orders over SGD 120
- Your box will be automatically closed and shipped once you hit free shipping
- Maximum duration for open box is 1 month
- Shipping fee is charged on your first order, please select the "I would like to keep an open box" option during check out if you do not have an existing open box with us
- If you already have an open box with us, please select the "I have an existing open box" option during check out
International

- Maximum duration for open box is 3 months
- Shipping fee is calculated upon box closure, please select the "PayPal Invoice Request" payment option for us to generate an invoice for you as a 5.2% fee is applicable to all PayPal purchases
- If you already have an open box with us, please select the "I have an existing open box" option during check out
If you would like to close your existing open box, please drop us a DM on Instagram with the following details:

Local Shipping
- Local shipping fee is at a flat rate of SGD 5
- Free local shipping for orders over SGD 120
- Processing time: 1 - 2 working days
- Delivery time: 1 - 3 working days after parcel has been picked up
International Shipping
- All orders are shipped from Singapore
- International shipping varies by country and weight of parcel (please refer to the breakdown below)
- Tracking number provided
- Processing time: 1 - 2 working days
- Delivery time: 10 - 14 working days after parcel has been picked up

Exchange & Return/Refund
We do our best to accurately display the crystals through photos and videos. Purchases made will be final, no exchanges or returns/refunds. By purchasing from Crystal Mojo, the customer understands that the item colour may vary slightly due to lighting or screen differences.
All crystals are carefully packed and secured before they are shipped out, we are not liable for any damages during the delivery process. Damaged items should be taken up with the shipping company directly, we will endeavour to help you through the process as much as we can.
